Fienza Taps, Outlets and Mixers are covered the following warranties;

Fienza products are manufactured to the highest standard and in addition to the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, they offer extended warranty periods from the date of purchase or handover that their products are free from all defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their website, for additional peace of mind.

Mixers (Not including Floor Standing Mixers)

• 15 Years labour & replacement parts on ceramic disc cartridges
• 15 Years repplacement parts or product
• 5 Years replacement coloured finishes
• 1 Year labour on coloured finishes

Floor Standing Coil Mixers

• 15 Years ceramic disc cartridges
• 5 Years replacement product or parts
• 1 Year labour

Tapware 

• 5 Years ceramic disc cartridges
• 5 Years replacement product or parts
• 1 Year replecement coloured finishes
• 1 Year labour

Bath Outlets

• 15 Years repacement product or parts
• No Labour included in warranty
