Thank you for shopping with Spigot and More. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products, and we have established the following Returns & Refunds policy to assist you in case you need to return or exchange an item. Please read this policy carefully.

Returns or Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes liability for such goods. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the goods must be in their original packaging and condition. We cannot process refunds for items that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged

Returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order was placed incorrectly or due to a change of mind. If a return is approved for store credit, the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%, and you will receive a store credit for 90% of the final cost price.

Custom goods or promo packages are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes special orders, custom-made items, and products with custom specifications such as vanities, stone tops, wastes, and grate drains. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate measurements and specifications before placing an order.

To initiate a return, the goods must still be boxed and unopened in the condition you received them. You may return them within 30 days for a refund, minus the 25% restocking fee, original shipping cost, and the return shipping fee. Please note that all goods must be returned in their original packaging to protect them from damage during transit. Goods without their original packaging, including the delivery skid or pallet, cannot be accepted.

Alternatively, you have the option to drop off the goods at our distribution centers to avoid return fees.

Important Notice

We kindly request that you inspect all goods for damages before accepting and signing for them within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in rejected claims for damages by the freight company or the product manufacturer.

Please inspect all goods before installation. Claims for damages will be rejected if the product has been installed.

We do not accept liability for color variations between different brands. It is essential to note that different brands may offer their own range of colors, which may differ from other suppliers. While we strive to provide a wide variety of bathroom goods, we recommend contacting our team if you are uncertain about color matching or sticking to the same brand and range.

Damaged Goods by Freight or Couriers

All items are carefully checked for damages and missing parts before delivery. It is crucial that you thoroughly inspect your goods upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order if there are any issues or damages. We require evidence, such as photographs or videos, to support your claim.

No claims or responsibility will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery, as we cannot guarantee that damages were not caused on-site or by any tradesmen involved in the installation process.

Claims for damaged goods must be made within the 24-hour period after delivery to be eligible for the shipping provider’s insurance coverage. After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes liability for them.
