If you experience a product defect, either once you receive Your Order Summary or once a product has been installed (within the warranty period), our customer service team will work closely with you to ensure that your item is assessed and either repaired or replaced.

- Insurance on all product deliveries. Please note, goods need to be inspected within 24 hours of delivery for breakages
