Care Guide

Nood Co. recommend the following care insutrctions:

Maintenance of your basin is soapy simple.

Simply wash with soapy water and a soft, microfibre cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners and abrasive sponges and scourers.

Wax is provided with each basin. It is made available so you maintain your basins shine over the years. It is not integral to the basin’s water tolerance.

Please allow 5-6 weeks for Nood Co concrete basins to manufacture. Nood Co does have the ability to process particular orders at a much faster rate than this. Should you require a shorter lead time, please contact our team (02 9674 1000).Due to colder weather, the concrete basins are taking longer than usual to manufacture. Nood Co Concrete Furniture basins are carefully handcrafted by their highly trained artisan team with only the finest materials and custom molds. When you purchase a Nood piece, you are buying something thoroughly unique.All Nood Co designs are made in-house and a reflection of the team who make. Every step in the process is taken with pride and precision.
Nood Co concrete basins are not valid for refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product.

Warranty & Returns

Nood Co. Concrete Basins are covered under a 24 Month Structural Warranty

Nood warrant for the period of 24 months, from the date the product is released by Nood Co Concrete from the Nood Co Concrete Manufacture Warehouse or storage facility, the structural integrity of the concrete basin to not crack, hair line crack, disintegrate, for reasons of defects in materials or workmanship, and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Subject always to any overriding obligation pursuant to the ACL, the warranty shall be void for the following reason
